The OFB Women’s Advisory Council promotes the importance of agriculture to families, students, teachers, and the general public.

WAC projects include:

• Organizing the Farm Bureau booth at Ag Fest in Salem

• Educating students about why agriculture is important to their daily lives

• Promoting nutrition and healthy eating choices during Food Check-Out Week

• Supporting Oregon’s Ronald McDonald House Charities

• Ag health and safety initiatives

• Leadership development opportunities for Farm Bureau volunteer leaders
